HOUSTON (AP) — Colter Lasher was 8 of 10 from the floor for 18 points as Houston Baptist jumped out to a strong start and rolled over Arlington Baptist 110-53 on Saturday night.

Josh Ibarra had 14 points and grabbed 13 rebounds and Anthony Odunsi added 13 as 12 Huskies got in the scoring column. Alex Fountain had 12 points and Caleb Crayton and Reveal Chukwejekwu chipped in 10 apiece.

Arlington Baptist could not slow the Huskies as they hit 42 of 72 (58.3 from the floor. The Patriots made 22 of 69 (31.9%) shots.

Crayton nailed a trey to give Houston Baptist (3-6) a 24-7 lead midway of the first half. The Huskies were ahead 55-27 at the break and won the second half 55-26.

Cedric Carson had 17 points and Isaiah Hicks chipped in 14 for Arlington Baptist.
