OREM — At first glance, the handsome estate at 1886 S Geneva Road may seem like another stop in an episode of "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous." But the property can be yours — if you can put 20 percent down and afford a monthly mortgage payment of $72,796 for the next 30 years!

"I have received a lot of phone calls. People tell me they have seen it on Facebook and Instagram," said Kerry Oman, associate broker at Summit Sotheby's International Realty.

Oman, who is the real estate agent for the property, said the listing posted just a week ago and has already generated a lot of buzz — especially on social media — albeit there are no serious offers yet.

"I think the photography and the setting and the structure is so dramatic, it has really gathered a lot of attention," he said.

The home was built 12 years ago, by a Utah couple, as a vacation spot where family and friends could gather for a getaway close to home. The owners, whom Oman said want to remain anonymous, have spent more than $30 million on the property.

"It is a hard decision to turn around and sell it," Oman said, "but their situation in life is now the time to move on. And it is the right opportunity, and we feel like the market is such we can find some qualified buyers who are interested."

In addition to the home theater and game room, the mansion boasts nine bedrooms, 20 bathrooms and 22,000 square feet of livable space. But, as Oman pointed out, it's much more than a home.

"It is a big estate," he said. "It has a boat house; it has a reconstructed school house; there is a motocross track; there is a motocross shop; there is an outdoor swimming pool, a pond, a tree house."

Oman said the most common question he gets about this 20-acre property is: Can you really sell it? Realistically, even with the $19.5 million price tag, he believes a qualified buyer will be found, whether it is a private individual or company wanting a corporate retreat.

"The views are incredible," Oman said. "We are less than an hour from Salt Lake, less than an hour from Park City. You can be to Sundance in 20 minutes."

By the way, the furniture is not included — but it is for sale as well.
