MILLCREEK — A husband and wife used drugs and had sex with their 16-year-old girl babysitter, according to numerous charges filed in 3rd District Court.
Louis and Samantha Wilhelm are charged with several felonies each for allegedly enticing the girl to have sex with them in their Millcreek home. The couple carried on sexual activity with the girl between February and June, charging documents state.
Louis Wilhelm, 35, was charged last week with four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, a second-degree felony; five counts of endangerment of a child, a third degree felony; and nine counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, a third-degree felony. Samantha Wilhelm, 28, is charged with 10 third-degree felonies: nine counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor and one count of endangerment of a child.
The husband and wife "discussed all the risks" with the girl about a week before starting a sexual relationship with her, according to the charges.
"They … knew it wasn't legal because of (the victim's) age, and knew what would happen if they got caught," the charges state.

The Wilhelms are accused of having sex with the girl several times. The teen told police she also used marijuana and drank with the couple and on one occasion used acid with Samantha Wilhelm.
The girl also reportedly sent explicit photos to Louis Wilhelm.
Samantha Wilhelm knew the victim for multiple years. The girl had been "watching Samantha's kids for a long time" before the couple initiated a sexual relationship, the charges say.
The Wilhelms were arrested Friday on warrants stemming from their recent charges, according to court records. They are scheduled to appear Wednesday in court.
