(KSL News) High gas prices are bringing some changes to Utah schools.

Many districts are facing budget deficits because diesel prices are on the rise. As a result, many districts are considering condensing bus routes and staggering school start times so they can use fewer buses.

Some districts say if things get worse they may have to cut back on school activities and field trips.
