PROVO, Utah (AP) -- The Utah County Commission has passed an ordinance regulating where sex-oriented businesses may be established in the unincorporated areas.
Under the new code, adult-oriented establishments -- arcades, book and video stores, cabarets, theaters and escort agencies -- must be at least 500 feet away from churches, schools and public recreational facilities.
