(KSL News) Some Mapleton city officials say a state legislator is using an infamous remark again.
They tell The Salt Lake Tribune Sen. Chris Buttars referred to a bill as being a black baby during a meeting with them over a Utah County developer's ongoing dispute.
The officials believe he was proud of the comment and believes he's untouchable. The developer believes Buttars used the comment to say that it's been a terrible year and that he has come through it all.
There has been no response from Buttars.
