NEW YORK (AP) — A Brooklyn bakery is recalling about 100 sugar buns after realizing the baked treats contained milk.
Tasty Delicious Bakery said Tuesday it's recalling all individually packaged sugar buns that were sold this week.
The buns are sold at stores in New York and New Jersey.
The Brooklyn-based bakery says it decided to recall the products after realizing some of the bunds were made with milk powder. The bakery said the milk wasn't listed as an ingredient on the packages.
The company warns the 8-ounce buns could cause serious or life-threatening allergic reactions to people who have an allergy or sensitivity to milk.
They say no one has reported falling ill. Customers can return the buns to the store for a full refund.
