(KSL News) The Woods Cross man charged with five felonies in connection to the death of a Bountiful teenager will be in court this morning for a preliminary hearing.

Walter White is charged with sex crimes, child abuse and desecration of a body.

Prosecutors say White and 16-year-old Samantha Mikesell went up into the mountains on July 5th to act on a suicide pact.

Both ingested several pills and passed out.

White woke up, Mikesell died.
