GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Receiver Randall Cobb has returned to practice for the Green Bay Packers after missing the last week of the preseason with a sprained right shoulder.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers' top receiver took part in special teams and position drills during a portion of practice open to media on Wednesday. Cobb was hurt on Aug. 29 during a preseason loss to Philadelphia.

Coach Mike McCarthy had said he expected all 53 players on the active roster to practice as Green Bay gets ready for the season opener on Sunday against the Chicago Bears.

Guard T.J. Lang (concussion) also returned to practice. Safety Morgan Burnett did not participate in the open part of practice. Burnett sat out the last preseason game with a calf injury.
