This is Chris Redgrave for Zions Bank Speaking on Business.

Jay Tapp would be the first to tell you that the printing business is something that gets in your blood. It's evolving and changing so quickly, he says it's a business you can be in for your entire life because you're constantly learning. One of Utah's growing players in this industry is International Paperbox, owned by Wade and Kay Holbrook, and now with over 25 years of being in this business.

A client comes to International Paperbox with a packaging challenge because they need a certain size or quantity and want to have it presented in a way so it'll be attention-grabbing for the consumer. With their in-house computer-aided-design team, International Paperbox will create prototypes to help the client determine the exact form and size that are needed. This makes each job a unique challenge, one of the reasons company president Jay loves his job.

Their client base is extensive and includes everyone from creative agencies and designers to cosmetics firms and nutraceuticals who are finding a competitive advantage through creative packaging. The global packaging market is projected to reach $975 billion by 2018, growing at an annual rate of 4 percent. In terms of their top clients, International Paperbox is excited to partner with Zarbee's, Usana and Associated Foods.

International Paperbox has taken a precise approach to their work with specific procedures to make the process as seamless as possible. They have an in-house customized information system with a live database online so they can track specific orders in the system at any time. This helps the sales team respond quickly to market conditions and have an exact understanding of what capacity is available.

Jay and the team of 60 employees at International Paperbox love the printing business and helping clients achieve their branding goals. While they are mainly a Western regional company, they have an eye on expansion.

As a community-focused organization, Zions Bank has been providing value to the communities we serve for over 140 years. Member FDIC.

For Zions Bank, I'm Chris Redgrave, speaking on business.
