(KSL News) Gov. Jon Huntsman unveiled a new plan yesterday for a four-day, 40-hour workweek for some state employees. "When you look at the totality of our needs here, this is a good policy moving forward," he said.

Dennis Hammer, with the Utah Public Employees' Association, and Jeff Herring, executive director of the Utah Department of Human Resource Management, joined us to discuss the issue.
