(KSL News) Television talk-show host Montel Williams arrived in Utah today with help for those who can't afford medication. He said, "The reason why I do it is because I understand what it's like to miss your medication for one day."
Williams' battle with multiple sclerosis inspired him to team up with a coalition of pharmaceutical companies to provide free or nearly free medication for low-income people.
The "Help is Here Express" tour has visited all 50 states. Today, a Utahn was the 5,000,000th patient to find help through Partnership for Prescription Assistance (PPA).
