Provo police have arrested a man they say fondled a teenage girl at Seven Peaks Water Park.
A 14-year-old girl and another witness told police she was in a wave pool at Seven Peaks Water Park when a 21-year-old man came close to her and fondled her under the water. The Deseret News reports the victim said the man tried to make it look like an accident but she didn't think so.
She and the same witness told police they later saw the same man approach another young girl in a pool.
The girl's mother called security, who held him until police arrived. He's now in the Utah County Jail.
Court records show the man has a previous arrest in Orem for aggravated sex abuse of a child. Police are not releasing the man's name at this time.
