(KSL News) It will be several weeks before a 3-year-old boy from Herriman can walk again.

A bullet bike struck Dylan Stroud in his Herriman neighborhood Sunday. His parents say the rider and another person on a bullet bike had been speeding down the street and crashed.

In Washington state, a news crew broadcast video of motorbike riders popping wheelies and blocking traffic on Interstate-5 in Seattle. The amateur photographer said the riders were performing stunts while flying down the road at 60 miles an hour.

Motorbike safety and crash prevention is our focus tonight in Talking Point. Motorcycle instructor Rob Nolan and safety advocate Sherry Downard joined us to discuss the issue.
