Sam Penrod reporting Another day of testimony in the perjury trial of Timmy Olsen, who is suspected in the disappearence of missing teenager Kiplyn Davis.

Numerous witnesses took the stand today, talking about overhearing Timmy Olsen bragging or taking credit for killing Kiplyn Davis. It's more evidence that Olsen lied to the grand jury investigating her disappearence.

The first witnesses included three women who all testified they heard Timmy Olsen admit to killing Kiplyn while they were at a party. Ironically, it happened in July of 1999, while the TV was on in the room and a news story discussed a headstone Kiplyn's family placed in the Spanish Fork Cemetery, as they held a memorial for what would have been her 20th birthday.

That's when the witnessess say, Olsen said, "I know that girl, I raped, killed and buried her."

Richard Davis, Kiplyn';s Father: "So here we are mourning her and they are talking about her like that. It really hurts and I wish they would have went to the police sooner. But then again, here we are and they finally came forward and I'm grateful that they did."

Another key witness today was Garry Blackmore, who testified Olsen told him in 1998, that he raped, killed and disposed of Kiplyn near the train tracks in Spanish Fork Canyon.

Blackmore intitally lied to the grand jury and was indicted for perjury and took a plea deal. He is still in jail awaiting sentencing.

Overall, prosecutors have had 17 witnessess today. Their case may be winding down, as they continue to try and prove Timmy Olsen committed perjury.
