DRUMMOND, Tenn. (AP) — NHRA Top Fuel racer Clay Millican says his 22-year-old son has died in a motorcycle accident.
The drag racer says Dalton Millican was killed Wednesday night in a single-person crash near the family hometown.
In a statement Thursday, Millican says "we are heartbroken by the tragic loss to our family."
Dalton was one of Clay and Donna Millican's two sons. He raced in ATVs and was the owner/driver of Blue Thunder in the Monster Jam series.
Millican is 11th in the NHRA Mello Yello Top Fuel standings.
