CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (AP) — Heartland of Clarksburg has been acquired by Stonerise Healthcare.
Media outlets report that the 120-bed long-term care and rehabilitation center has been renamed as River Oaks, effective Saturday.
The facility previously was owned by HCR ManorCare. Terms of the acquisition weren't available.
Charleston-based Stonerise now owns 11 skilled nursing centers in West Virginia.
