Sam Penrod ReportingProsecutors called more witnesses today, in day two of the perjury trial for Timmy Brent Olsen. He's accused of lying about the disappearance of Spanish Fork teen Kiplyn Davis 11 years ago.

Timmy Olsen is charged with 15 counts of perjury. Today, prosecutors are focusing in on one of the key charges, that Olsen used a false alibi for years, trying to prove he was not involved in Kiplyn's disappearance.

A key witness this afternoon was Scott Brunson, who admitted he gave Olsen an alibi for ten years, saying Olsen was with him the day Kiplyn disappeared in 1995. Brunson was also indicted for lying about that alibi to the grand jury. He has pleaded guilty to lying and still faces sentencing.

For Kiplyn's parents, what they want out of this trial even more than a conviction, is for someone who knows where their daughter is buried, to finally come forward and tell them what happened.

Tamara Davis, Kiplyn's mother: "How can we fully go on with our lives and put our whole selves into living when we are missing such an important member of our family?"

Richard Davis, Kiplyn's father: "Our hope is that finally somebody will just come and tell us where she is. That's our main goal. If they finally just decide hey, enough is enough, I'm gonna tell you where she is."

Two former girlfriends and an ex-wife were called by prosecutors today to try and prove that Timmy Olsen lied to the grand jury, when he denied ever being violent towards any woman. Olsen seemed uncomfortable at times, as the witnesses described what they said was abusive treatment towards them.

A former girlfriend testified that when she pushed Olsen for answers in 1996 if he was involved in Kiplyn's disappearance, he became angry and even raped her.

His ex-wife described their three month marriage as violent, saying Olsen became physically abusive just two and a half weeks into the marriage.

Prosecutors say their case is moving forward and they have a strong case against Timmy Olsen.
