ATLANTA (AP) — Talk show host Steve Harvey has announced several performers for the upcoming 13th Annual Ford Neighborhood Awards and Neighborhood Awards Weekend Aug. 6-9 in Atlanta.
Organizers say artists scheduled to perform include Erykah Badu, Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds, Jodeci, Doug E. Fresh, Salt-N-Pepa, Yolanda Adams.
Organizers say the Neighborhood Awards aim to honor people and businesses that uplift their neighborhoods. The event typically attracts tens of thousands of people.
Last year, Harvey hosted the 12th annual national convention in Atlanta for the first time after it was moved from Las Vegas.
