(KSL News) -- A Native American blessing was given to the new wing of the state hospital in Provo today.
Lakota Sioux native Cecil American-Horse blessed the facility to help those afflicted with mental illness to heal, and to help those medical professionals treating them.
He also discussed the signifigance of a mural depicting native American life in the new wing; it depicts the circle of life and the healing of the whole person.
