OGDEN — A motorcyclist was dragged for 200 feet and critically injured in a hit-and-run collision Tuesday, police said.
The 22-year-old man was driving his Harley-Davidson south on Harrison Boulevard shortly before 3:30 p.m. when a Chrysler minivan, also traveling south, apparently hit the motorcyclist near 4100 South.
The driver of the van fled the area, Ogden police said in a prepared statement. The motorcyclist was taken to a nearby hospital.
The minivan is described as an older model and dark green or blue in color. The van was using license plates for a handicapped driver, according to police.
