CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for July delivery rose 8.75 cents to $4.8150 a bushel; July corn was 1.50 cents up at 3.63 a bushel; July oats gained 7 cents to 2.3950 a bushel; while July soybeans were 1.25 cents higher to $9.7625 bushel.
Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. June live cattle was up 2.13 cents to $1.5150 a pound; August feeder cattle was .82 cents higher to $2.1762 a pound; while June lean hogs were rose 1.32 cents to $.8482 a pound.
