LOS ANGELES (AP) — A man who crashed into Jennifer Lopez's Rolls Royce last year has been sentenced to three years of probation after pleading no contest to drunken driving.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office said that Robert John Reitz entered the plea on Wednesday and was sentenced to probation and an alcohol rehabilitation program.

Authorities determined the 54-year-old Las Vegas resident had a blood alcohol content of 0.17 percent, nearly twice the legal limit, three hours after the crash.

Lopez was riding in the car with her two children when Reitz's pickup truck rear-ended their vehicle on Pacific Coast Highway in September. Actress Leah Remini was behind the wheel at the time.

No one was injured in the collision.
