(KSL News) Two Utah athletes have been nominated for the 14th Annual ESPY Awards sponsored by ESPN.

Olympic skier Ted Ligety of Park City is nominated for his unexpected victory in the Slalom at the 2006 Olympics.

Paralympic Nordic skier Steve Cook, of Salt Lake City, was nominated for his gold medal in March.

The ESPY's will be presented July 16. The final awards are determined by popular vote.
