CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) — West Virginia is offering free workshops to help students complete federal financial aid paperwork.
The sixth annual College Goal Sunday will be held on Feb. 15 at two dozen locations across the state. Volunteers will be on hand to help students and parents complete and submit the federal forms required to be considered for financial aid programs.
The Higher Education Policy Commission says the workshops are open to students of any age or income level.
Students can pre-register and find workshop locations online at www.cfwv.com .
The event is being coordinated by the College Foundation of West Virginia.
