DETROIT (AP) — The Detroit Red Wings have put defenseman Brian Lashoff on waivers, and they've also recalled defenseman Alexey Marchenko from Grand Rapids of the AHL and reassigned defenseman Xavier Ouellet to Grand Rapids.
The team confirmed the moves Friday.
Lashoff has no goals and two assists in 11 games for the Red Wings this season. He played 75 games for Detroit in 2013-14.
Marchenko made his NHL debut in January of 2014, but that one game was his only appearance so far for the Red Wings. Ouellet has two goals and an assist in 21 games this season for Detroit.
