LAS VEGAS (AP) — Andre Agassi and his wife, Steffi Graf, have donated $1.5 million to a Las Vegas care facility for patients with brain diseases.
The Las Vegas couple made the donation this week to the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health.
Center founder Larry Ruvo praised the donation, calling it "an extraordinary gift by a very wonderful man."
He told the Las Vegas Sun (http://bit.ly/1BX9op8 ) the donation will help the center further its research work on behalf of the community.
The center treats patients with Alzheimer's, Huntington's and Parkinson's disease, as well as frontotemporal dementia and multiple sclerosis.
