Jon Dunn ReportingUtah's Attorney General says parents need to be in the know on video games and their ratings. Mark Shurtleff is teaming up with those that rate video games to release a new set of radio and television public service announcements.
"We want to know if it's okay to play any particular game," says Attorney General Mark Shurtleff.
Shurtleff unveiled some of the new announcements he hopes will relay that message to parents: watch those ratings.
"Most parents don't know the difference between Doom and Super Mario, and Halo and Zelda. And so we have to rely on a rating system: ESRB," says Shurtleff.
