BRIGHAM CITY, Utah (AP) — Authorities are searching for someone who stole a Utah State Parks and Recreation pickup in Box Elder County.
Utah State Parks Lt. Eric Stucki says the vehicle was stolen from a locked storage area at Willard Bay State Park sometime between midnight Sunday and early Monday morning.
He told The Herald Journal of Logan (http://bit.ly/1tIziOF ) that once inside, the suspect was able to acquire the keys to the vehicle and the gate.
Stucki says there were two guns in the truck, a 12-gauge shotgun and an AR-15 assault rifle.
The silver truck is marked on the side with a law enforcement emblem.
