(KSL News) SWAT officers flushed out a wanted fugitive tonight.
Someone called police and said a wanted fugitive was at an apartment complex at 8th North and 8th West. The suspect barricaded himself inside an apartment when he saw the police.
After a short while, 37-year-old David Vincent Clayden turned himself in.
He is a parole fugitive and had a no-bail warrant out for his arrest.
