LAS VEGAS (AP) — A 24-year-old man is due Friday in a Las Vegas court after his arrest in a hit-and-run crash that injured two car wash employees earlier this month.

Christopher Blalark was arrested Monday on a felony failure to stop at the scene of an accident charge in the Dec. 11 crash that was recorded on car wash security video.

Authorities say 29-year-old Francisco Luis Lorenzo and 26-year-old Jairo Navarro were cleaning a vehicle when they were struck by a 1980s-era Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera that backed into them and drove off.

Police say Lorenzo suffered back and leg injuries and was left with broken teeth.

Navarro was treated for minor injuries.

It wasn't immediately clear from the court record if Blalark had a lawyer.

Las Vegas police said he refused interview requests.
