Arkansas-Little Rock ends 4-game skid; beats Bradley 64-54

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Roger Woods scored 17 points to lead Arkansas-Little Rock to a 64-54 win over Bradley on Monday in the consolation game of the South Point Holiday Hoops Classic.

Ben Dillard had 14 points for Arkansas-Little Rock (5-5) and J.T. Thomas added 11.

James White hit two free throws with 5:27 left to give Arkansas-Little Rock a 57-42 lead. Then Bradley went on a 9-0 run to get within 57-51 with 1:40 left. But Arkansas-Little Rock made 7 of 10 free throws in the final 1:15 to seal it.

Arkansas-Little Rock did not hit a field goal in the final seven minutes of the game.

Omari Grier led Bradley (4-8) with 16 points and Tramique Sutherland added 13.

Bradley controlled the glass by a 50-33 margin, with 25 offensive rebounds, but only converted 18 of its 63 field goals. Arkansas-Little Rock made 17 of its 43 attempts, including 8 of 22 3-pointers.
