ATLANTA (AP) — A hip injury is forcing NFL leading receiver Julio Jones to miss the Falcons' game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Jones missed practice all week after setting a team record with 259 yards receiving in Monday night's loss at Green Bay, but coach Mike Smith said as late as Friday he was confident Jones would play.

Jones was expected to be a game-time decision. He stood wearing a baseball cap while other receivers participated in early pregame warmups Sunday.

Two starters in the Falcons' secondary also are inactive: safety William Moore (foot) and cornerback Robert Alford (wrist). Alford is missing his fourth straight game.

Two starters on Pittsburgh's defense are inactive: cornerback Ike Taylor (shoulder, forearm) and outside linebacker James Harrison (knee).
