BLUFFDALE — A Lehi man was arrested Thursday after police say he sent homemade pornography to his former in-laws.
The man, 36, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail for investigation of two counts of distribution of a pornographic film.
A woman contacted police to report that her ex-husband had emailed a photo of the two of them having sex to both of her parents. The woman said she was not aware that the "pictures/video" existed, and she did not give her consent to be filmed or to have the photos distributed, a Salt Lake County Jail report states.
When police attempted to interview the man, he almost immediately asked for an attorney, according to the report. The interview was ended and the man was booked into jail.
