Allen Jackson is 103 years-old and has attended the party for three years. He figures he will stop, "When I say two-times-ten I am going to slow down.
Jackson and others were given lunch and listened to Utah Governor Jon Hunstman.
"I think it has to do with preventive measures that people are taking, better diets, clean living, quality of life that more people are focused on today," says Governor Huntsman.
Governor Huntsman says if his family history holds true, he won't make it to this party as a guest. The oldest woman in the state is 108 year-old Rhea Barnett. The oldest man couldn't attend. He's 105 and on vacation in California.
