Tenn. Tech runs past Southeastern Louisiana 81-62

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Josiah Moore nailed 3 of 5 from beyond the arc and totaled 16 points to lead Tennessee Tech to an 81-62 win over Southeastern Louisiana on Monday night.

Charles Jackson, who started his career at Tech with four straight double-doubles, added 13 points and pulled down 10 rebounds. He also had three blocks.

Aleksa Jugovic made 4 of 6 3-point attempts to total 14 points. Dwan Caldwell also had 14 and Torrance Rowe had 11 points and seven assists for the Golden Eagles (3-1).

Jackson made a dunk and a layup and Caldwell hit a jumper to break a tie and give the Eagles a 40-34 lead with 16:22 remaining in the game. Moore, Jugovic and Rowe nailed three consecutive 3-pointers to push the lead to 58-45 with 8:11 left.

Andrew Guillory led Southeastern Louisiana (0-4) with 17 points. DeVonte Upson added 16 points and Zay Jackson had 13.
