(KSL News) Investigators are trying to determine the cause of an early morning fire at a cement plant near Morgan.
The fire started around 3:30 this morning at the Devil's Slide Plan. It started in an area used to store recycled material that will eventually be burned to help run the plant.
"Obviously, it's an unfortunate incident, but we're mostly very thankful -- thankful that nobody was hurt, thankful that the damage was contained so quickly," said plant manager Keith Kruth.
The fire was contained to the storage building, and the plant is operating as usual today.
