(KSL News) A Cedar City man who strangled his girlfriend is going to prison.
A judge sentenced Lanny Wayman to up to 20 years in prison.
Wayman was initially charged with murder in the death of Antoinette Corum. Earlier this month, he pleaded guilty to a lesser count of manslaughter and desecration of a human body and possession of a firearm.
Authorities say Wayman and Corum were drinking and fighthing April 7th, and Wayman killed Corum and hid her body under a pile of blankets in a motor home.
