You don't have to tell Cheers to You bartender Whitney Germaine that the current liquor laws can be confusing.
"There's so many in's and out's that it's very complicated," says Germaine.
Germaine hopes that the laws could be more even across the board, perhaps by losing the membership law. Mayor Anderson agrees.
Anderson says the laws are not just confusing -- they are totally unfriendly. The DABC says conventions are still booking in Salt Lake, so people can't be that put off by the laws.
