Tom Callan reportingProperty values soon could be sprouting upwards in Pleasant View in Weber County, thanks to FrontRunner.

Real estate prospectors looking for gold are turning their eyes toward the end of the line at the northern end of the commuter train's route.

Talbert says the average price of a home in Pleasant View is about $350,000, for now.
