NEWCASTLE, Iron County — The body of a deceased man was found in rural Iron County on Wednesday.
Officials say the death is suspicious, though they don't suspect foul play.
Police were dispatched about 1 p.m. after the man's body was located about 14 miles north of Newcastle, Iron County Sheriff's Lt. Del Schlosser reported. The name of the man, in his mid-40s, has not been released pending family notification.
The man's body was sent to the state medical examiner's office for an autopsy.
