CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec delivery rose 7 cents to $4.8125 a bushel; Dec corn was 2.75 cents higher at 3.2575 a bushel; Dec oats gained 5.25 cents to $3.34 a bushel; while Nov soybeans advanced 13.25 cents to $9.2350 a bushel.
Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Dec live cattle rose 2.37 cents to $1.6447 a pound; Oct feeder cattle was 1.55 cents higher at $2.3465 a pound; while Dec lean hogs rose .38 cent to $.9485 a pound.
