Oscar Silva and his wife say their one-time employer insisted they do everything legally. The Chilean immigrants were paid for part time work by John Jacob.
Some allege part of the money was paid in cash because of the Silva's immigration status. The Silva's say they promised Jacob, though, that they'd work within the system.
Oscar Silva now has a legal green card.
