ATLANTA (AP) — Left fielder Justin Upton has left Atlanta's game against Philadelphia with bruised left triceps.

Upton was hit on the left arm by a pitch from Kyle Kendrick in the first inning of Tuesday night's game. Upton remained in the game until the sixth inning, when Ryan Doumit took over in left field.

The Braves say Upton's status is day to day.

Upton leads the team with 26 homers and 91 RBIs.
