KSNV-TV reports that if the Legislature approves the seed money, the school could open as early as 2016.

Southwest is by far its largest carrier, while United, Delta, American and Allegiant round out the top five.

TRUCKEE, Calif. (AP) — Skeletal remains discovered near Donner Lake in July have been identified as a 60-year-old Truckee man who'd been missing since March. Duane Colin's family had reported him missing on March 28 when he last was seen at a drug store in Truckee. His car was parked in his driveway and an exhaustive search failed to develop any leads.
