WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton will be the top draws for a Democratic National Committee fundraising event in September.
Clinton will be the featured lunch speaker at the Sept. 19 Women's Leadership Forum. Obama will be the keynote speaker later in the day.
The two-day event will be opened Sept. 18 by first lady Michelle Obama and Jill Biden, the wife of the vice president.
The forum is designed to attract more women to the Democratic party by holding policy discussions, providing networking opportunities and giving access to women leaders.
