OMAHA- Three Salt Lake pitchers combined to throw a four hitter, as the Bees rolled to an 8-1 win over the Omaha Storm Chasers on Tuesday night for their third consecutive victory. Starter Wade LeBlanc (9-3) set the tone, as he went seven innings and allowed just one first inning run on four hits with four strikeouts and no walks. Michael Kohn and Cam Bedrosian each worked a scoreless inning to close out the game. The three Bees' pitchers combined to work six three up, three down innings.

After Omaha took a 1-0 lead in the first, Salt Lake grabbed the lead in the second inning. With two out, Roberto Lopez singled to left and came home on a two run homer to left by John Hester, his fifth of the season. The Bees would add three more runs in the third. Shawn O'Malley led off with a single and advance to second on a bunt single by Tony Campana. Two outs later, C.J. Cron walked to load the bases and Ryan Wheeler followed with a two run single to take a three run lead. Cron would later come home on an RBI single by Roberto Lopez to make it 5-1. Wheeler and Hester each had one hit and two runs batted in, while Lopez would chip in with two hits and one RBI.
