(KSL News) A new development this morning in the dispute between Ballet West and it's former artistic director.
Jonas Kage plans to sue for breach of contract.
The dance company fired Kage in April. Now Kage says negotiations over his severance package have broken down.
Ballet West said Kage left voluntarily. But Kage says he was told his contract was going to be terminated and the board of directors gave him the option to resign.
Some patrons have blamed Kage and his contemporary choreography for recent declining attendance.
