LOS ANGELES (AP) — Smile, "Candid Camera" is making a comeback.

Starting Monday, TV Land will air a new version of the hidden-camera show that first debuted in 1948.

The 10-episode series is produced by Peter Funt, son of the original show's creator and host, Allen Funt.

Peter Funt will co-host with Mayim Bialik of "The Big Bang Theory." Guest stars including Megan Hilty, Reggie Jackson and Carnie Wilson will help pull off the gags.

The original show's catchphrase was "Smile, you're on 'Candid Camera,'" which is how people learned they had been pranked. Versions of the show have returned to TV several times since its initial run.

In its first week, new episodes of "Candid Camera" will air at 8 p.m. EDT Monday through Thursday. The show will then air weekly on Tuesdays, starting Aug. 19.
