CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were lower Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Sept delivery was 7 cents lower at $5.82 a bushel; Sept corn was 4.25 cents lower at $4.3475 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $3.33 a bushel; while Nov soybeans loss 13.75 cents to $12.20 a bushel.
Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Aug live cattle was 1.43 cent higher at $1.4835 a pound; Aug feeder cattle was 2.10 cents higher at 2.10 a pound; Aug lean hogs gained 1.83 cent to $1.3080 a pound.
